A cold-hardy hard-neck garlic variety featuring large pungent cloves and excellent flavor.  Can be used for seed garlic or culinary use. Add to soups, stews, sautees, sauces, or simply roast.  Enjoy the immune supportive benefit of garlic by adding to fire cider and infused honey. 
 
Sold in increments of 1 lb, 5 lbs, or 10 lbs.  1 lb is roughly 7-8 large heads, with approximately 40-48 cloves.   If growing for seed garlic, 1 lb will sow approximately 20 row feet at 6" spacing. 
 
Dried, cured, and cleaned by hand with love.
